Since discovering yoga in my early twenties, it has been a constant in my life. The connection of mind, body and breath through yoga has been transformative - bringing me strength, calm and clarity.

Seeking a deeper understanding of my own practice led me to complete my yoga training, opening me up to a world of philosophy, anatomy and history which I continue to explore and share in my classes.

I love helping people discover what yoga can bring to their lives - strength, calm and a sense of connection.

My Approach

I believe that yoga is for everyone. My classes are carefully created to be accessible to all - challenging and nurturing regardless of your level of experience.

Yoga can help us to build an awareness of our body. My classes will help empower that connection, encouraging you to engage with your practice mindfully. Listening to your body and accessing the practice that is right for your body in that moment.

A balanced yoga practice gives us space to breathe. My classes encourage you to connect with your breath, experiencing its power to both energise and calm the nervous system.
