We will move with intention, taking time between flows to concentrate on alignment. Staying with the same flow each month so we can observe how our bodies adapt to the poses each week.

A well-balanced class that combines dynamic flows and deep stretches with a focus on alignment.
We will connect breath and movement, linking traditional poses in a steady flow that builds strength before taking time to release into postures that increase flexibility and mobility.
This class open to all levels.

A slower-paced class where poses are held for longer, working into the deep tissues, joints and connective fascia in the body.
We will begin by connecting with our breath, calming the nervous system before moving through a set of long-held poses. The challenge of this practice is to embrace stillness, making it the perfect antidote to our busy world.
These classes are held throughout the year.
